Im sitting here being calmed by the beginning when it gets a little slow towards 0:51. At around 0:57 I'm thinking "Okay, wheres he going to go with this?". At 1:03 I burst out laughing and yelled "SICKKK" hahahah. This is awesome man, and i like the honesty in the description. So what program are you using with this anyway?
I've been using Garageband on mac, with lots of add-on instruments that cost me 100 freakin bucks a CD :P! Anyway thanks for the review, I was happy reading that part where you talked about the change from the beginning to the real up-beat part, because that surprised "WHOA" feeling was what i went for :) PEACE.

I love the drum beat and the entrance is just perfect. Where did you get your rain sound effect? I used one in one of my songs and i just got it off of a youtube video being recorded haha. Anyways this is a really good piece.
I can't remember where I got them from, all I know is I have like 50 different one's :P

This is pretty damn catchy! Im just curious what part it was that he made u make a song out of haha. Nice job either way!
The accordion at very beginning was the original melody... lol. I then took out what I considered the skeleton of that complex melody and made it into what you hear from then on.
Technically that isn't cheating since he said that I had to place it somewhere ^__^.

The only thing i would change is i think the drums could be brought in earlier, just to keep the attention. Of course it doesnt have to the same drum line, maybe it could be something mellow and quiet for the drums and then let the beat climax and what not. Just a thought! Nice job, put me in a morning funk!

Thanx for review and sorry for the late answer, I was out for 2 weeks (no internuts).
The mute is a quite old one (at least 20 years old) Wa-Wah Du All, stem out. Was kept by the old trumpet player from Philharmonic orchestra in his locker, never used, so he gave it to me:
"You play jazz, I never used it all my career so I don't need it, I'll borrow it to you for 100 years"
